¼ red onion—sliced into rings
½ cucumber—sliced into thick half-moons
½ green pepper (capsicum)—julienned
4 oz (120g) feta cheese—cut into small cubes
16 kalamata olives
Souvlaki:
750gr yogurt (strained)
4 onions
4 peppers
8 tomatoes ( 3 immature and 5 mature, if possible)
1200gr meat on skewers (chicken or pork for souvlaki)
8 potatoes (medium size)
500gr feta cheese,
PINCH OF salt
olive oil
pepper
vinegar
oregano
