Spanish Dinner

Sauces: "mojo rojo" and "mojo verde":

Some coriander
Some parsley
Some salt
Some sweet pepper
Some = a handful
10 red peppers like in the picture. If you cannot find them, 6 normal red pepper would be ok.
2 big green peppers/4 medium green peppers
1 red pepper
1 onion
2 chilis
3 tomatoes
Some vinegar (small bottle if just us need it)
Olive oil
Some almonds
Mortar and mixer

“Tortilla española”
2kg potatoes
24 eggs
3 onions


“Papas arrugadas”
5 kg potatoes (the smaller, the better)


“Gazpacho”
1 garlic head
30 tomatoes
10 red peppers
5 cucumbers
4 onions
Bread from the previous day
